Cech is once again the hero for Chelsea as he manages to clear a Mascherano drive from the edge of the area away for a corner.
Once again Messi fails to find a way through the Chelsea defence as he is blocked from getting a clear shot at Cech's goal.
Messi attempts to make his way forward, down the centre of the pitch, then tries to find Sanchez but the ball deflects kindly into the arms of Cech in the Chelsea goal.

    Substitution  Juan Mata  Salomon Kalou
Carles Puyol nearly scores after Lampard deflects a free kick into the path of the Barcelona skipper, but his header ends up going harmlessly wide of goal.
It's like a training ground exercise at the Nou Camp, as Chelsea are forced to defend their own penalty box, while Barcelona continue to try and break them down.
A golden opportunity for the home side as Alves finds space on the right wing and crosses in search of Sanchez, but his header goes wide of Cech's right hand post.
Chelsea are now playing eight players in defensive positions as Barcelona continue to crank up the pressure, which sees Drogba on his own up front.

Penalty to Barcelona as Fabregas goes down under a challenge from Drogba.
The game continues in the same vain as the first half as Ivanovic is forced to block an Iniesta strike from close range after he had received the ball from Fabregas.
Barcelona get the second half underway, currently trailing on the away goals rule after Ramires late strike in the first half.
HALF TIME! What a first half, with Chelsea leading on the away goals rule after being dominated for 45 minutes and having their captain John Terry stupidly sent off, somehow the Blues remain in the driving seat.

Barcelona attempt to play their way through the Chelsea defence, with Sanchez, Messi and Fabregas exchanging passes, but they can't find the final ball to open up the scoring.
    Substitution  Gerard Piqué  Daniel Alves
Barcelona are now forced into a change, with Pique failing to shake off the knock he received from his own keeper and the home side are forced to replace him with Dani Alves.
Drogba nearly finds a way through the Barcelona defence after latching onto a long ball by Cech, then beating Pique on the left hand side of the box, but he can't find a way past Valdes from a tight angle.
Javier Mascherano is the next to try his luck for the home side, as the former Liverpool player lets fly with a strike from outside the box, but thankfully for the Blues the ball goes well over the bar.

Branisav Ivanovic hurls in a throw from the right, looking for Drogba, but no Chelsea player can get onto his flick to opening the scoring.
Petr Cech launches a kick right down the field, with Victor Valdes coming out to punch the ball away from danger, taking out his own defender Gerard Pique and Drogba.
The visitors have decided to put up a brick wall on the 18 yard line, allowing Barcelona to pass the ball at will outside the box, but once they get into the area they swarm upon the player in possession.
    Substitution  Gary Cahill  José Bosingwa
Chelsea are on the back foot currently, with the Barcelona midfield pushing forward at will and with Cahill now having to depart the Spanish giants will look to take advantage of his absence.
Messi gets the ball on the left hands side of the penalty area and attempts to chip in a cross for Sanchez, but the Chelsea defence hold firm and clear.
Looks like an early blow for the visitors as Gary Cahill is forced from the field with a hamstring injury, with Jose Bosingwa being striped into action.
The home side have continued their usual possession game for the early stages, as they look to play their way through the Chelsea defence, but Sanchez can't find an opening as Frank Lampard manages to block a cross from the striker in the box.
